2. Our service

We dispense Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) against valid prescriptions. All orders are checked by a GPhC-registered pharmacist before dispatch, and we may decline to supply a medicine if we believe it is not clinically appropriate.

This website provides information about our pharmacy and a way for prescribers to book an introductory call. It does not offer an online prescribing service or patient account.

3. Prescriptions

Your prescriber will electronically provide us with a valid prescription. We verify authenticity before dispensing and may contact the prescriber or you to confirm details. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense a prescription we cannot verify.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We contact you on WhatsApp with a secure payment link when your order is placed; this website does not take payments. Where a pharmacist declines an order after review, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

We use tracked delivery services and dispatch in plain, discreet packaging. The cut-off for next-working-day delivery is 4 p.m., and we dispatch every day except Sunday. Standard next-working-day delivery costs £5 for orders of £60 or less and is free for orders above £60. Same-day couriers are available across the UK and are quoted separately based on distance from our London warehouse. Any delivery windows provided with your order are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & medicine safety

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned for reuse or resale once dispatched. If a medicine is faulty or incorrectly supplied, or you have concerns about a medicine you’ve received, contact us immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
